II. Job duties

1. He is responsible for market development of specialty metals and various alloy materials, new customer development and old customer maintenance, and completes monthly and annual sales targets;

2. To meet customer technical needs, recommend suitable materials according to the use conditions, explain product properties such as temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, strength, complete quote, commercial negotiation, and contract signing;

3. Follow the whole process of customization and zero-cut orders, coordinate warehousing, processing and shipment, and ensure delivery timeliness;

4. Collect industry trends, competing product dynamics and downstream application needs, provide timely feedback and optimize sales strategies.

III. Requirements for appointment

1. Fluent communication and expression, able to negotiate business, strong resistance to pressure, and a strong sense of purpose.

2. Those with experience in the sales of steel, metal materials, industrial profiles, and hardware accessories are preferred, and those familiar with alloy plates and material characteristics are given points. People with no industry experience but strong learning ability can be trained by the company from scratch.

3. He is a sincere and pragmatic person, has good service awareness and team collaboration capability, and is willing to root in the industry for a long time.
